It began with an idea shared by our founders, Tanuj and Mahima: to bring the warmth and character they loved in one of their properties in Manchester, UK, to guests in Amritsar.
Mahima’s experience in digital marketing shaped the way every stay tells a story—from the first photograph to the small details guests remember. Tanuj’s career in IT cybersecurity, including work in New Zealand and the USA, brought a careful eye for privacy, reliability and thoughtful systems.
Together, they created The Leafy Rooftop as more than a place to sleep: a private little world for slow mornings, cinema nights and celebrations. As The Leafy Stays grows, each home will have its own personality, held together by the same promise of considered hospitality.
