Things to know

Check-in time is at 1PM, and check-out time is at 11AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs can only be accommodated based on availability and are chargeable. We will be able to confirm availability and cost 12h prior to arrival.
Minimum age of the primary guest must be at least 18 years.
As per government regulations, it is mandatory for all the guests to carry a valid photo identity card and address proof at the time of check-in. (PAN cards are not accepted). We would not be able to proceed with the check-in without these documents and would consider the booking as “no show” (no refund possible).
Parking is available in front of the property.
While we do not offer daily housekeeping, we ensure the property is spotless and fully prepared for your arrival, with all essential amenities provided for your comfort and convenience.

HOUSE RULES

We welcome families, couples, we are unable to accommodate weddings and parties.
Our homes are all part of a peaceful gated community, so loud music & parties are not allowed beyond 10PM.
We collect a security deposit amount of Rs.1,000 (short stay) in cash at the time of check-in. Any damages to the property or missing items would have to be deducted from the security deposit amount.
Drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises & smoking is allowed only in the outdoor areas. A cleaning fee of Rs.1,000 will be charged if found smoking inside the home to cover costs of deodorising drapes and upholstery.
Please provide accurate details about guests staying at the time of booking and in the check-in form (number of people, composition of the group) as we would not be able to give access to guests who are not part of the reservation.
We generally have a no pet policy but we can make an exception, against additional security deposit in case of damages. If you would like to travel with your pet, message us to discuss this over.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy applicable on Standard Dates:

0-7 Days Before Check-In: No refund or credit note issued
8-15 Days Before Check-In: 50% refund (subject to a processing fee) or a 70% credit note
16-30 Days Before Check-In: 80% refund (subject to a processing fee) or a 100% credit note
Beyond 30 Days Before Check-In: Full refund (subject to a processing fee)

Note: A 5% processing fee will be deducted from all refunds and refunds will take up to 15 working days.

Cancellation Policy applicable on Peak Dates bookings: (This policy covers any booking which contains at least 1 peak day from the peak dates list given at the end)

0-30 Days Before Check-In: No refunds or credit notes issued.

Credit Note Terms:

The credit note must be used to Stay within 6 months from the date of cancellation of the original booking
The credit note must be used to pay for the property and against the booking value and not additional services.
To redeem/transfer the credit note, please email bookings@theleafystays.com along with details. Any difference in the amount must be pre-paid to confirm the new booking.
No Discounts will be applied when using the credit note and the new booking will be non-refundable and cannot be amended.

Arrival

Check-in is from 1 PM and checkout is by 11 AM. Early arrival or late checkout may be possible depending on availability and can carry a small charge.

Guest IDs

Valid government photo ID is required for every staying guest, as required by local regulations. PAN cards cannot be accepted as address proof.

Is the entire stay private?

Yes. The booked first-floor living room, garden, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are exclusively yours. Access is through an outdoor staircase with your own keys.

Where will four guests sleep?

There is one double bed, one foldable sofa bed in the bedroom and one sofa bed in the living room. Fresh bedding is provided according to the booked guest count.

Is the whole property air-conditioned?

The bedroom is air-conditioned. The living room has an air cooler, which is clearly reflected in the listing.

Can we arrange a birthday or anniversary?

Absolutely. Small celebrations are welcome, and we can arrange décor, BBQ or bonfire options on request. Please discuss visitor count and plans with us in advance.

Is there a pool at The Leafy Rooftop?

No, a pool is not currently available at this property.
